Sinigang
Sinigang is a Filipino soup or stew with a sour and savory flavor. It is most commonly associated with tamarind, but other sour fruits and leaves can be used as the souring agent.


Pork Adobo
Adobo is a popular Filipino dish that involves meat, seafood, or vegetables marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, and black peppercorns, which is browned in oil, and simmered in the marinade.


Suman
Suman, also known as budbud in the Philippines, is a rice cake. It's made with glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk and steamed in banana leaves, coconut leaves, or buli or buri palm leaves. It is typically eaten with sugar sprinkled on top or laden with latik.


Yema Cake
Yema cake is a Filipino chiffon cake with yema custard filling. It uses yema, which is a custard-like mixture of milk and egg yolks, as frosting, filling, or as part of the cake batter.
